I have had the pleasure to work with Mary Taylor as my agent when selling my mother’s house just recently. Throughout this process I have found Mary to be an excellent agent. She has been very professional, communicative  and knowledgeable. In addition, she offered excellent suggestions to aid in the selling of my mother’s house.

Mary has sold a few properties for us. She was always accommodating and there for us. With our last property, we had priced it higher than we expected—but we were successful and sold it within a few days at the price we wanted. Mary works very hard, and she is very flexible. Mary almost puts herself in the position of the buyer or seller, and that’s what makes her unique.

Before we met Mary, we were working with another agent who kept showing us houses that we had no chance of owning.  Mary was different because of her connections.  The house she got us was not even listed on the market.  She understood what we wanted and she negotiated a price that was right for us.  Within a few days she was able to help us buy a house we love within our budget.

Mary helped me both sell my home and purchase a new one when I was going through a life changing event. It was clear from day one that she had my best interest in hand.
